Derealization but no anxiety?

I've been experiencing what I've called "Brain fog" for over 2 and a half years now and have recently come across the term "derealization", which fits to a tee. The only problem is, I don't have anxiety/panic attacks. And if I do, my anxiety is mild. Anxiety does make sense because I worry a lot, think I have some underlying disease that is causing this brain fog/derealization, and other symptoms I've found to be a match by during those vague online tests (desperate, can you tell?) but nothing clear cut. I have never had a panic attack, and the derealization is constant rather than coming and going with bouts of stress. Is it still possible that this constant symptom could be related to anxiety, and should I pursue it in this direction or search elsewhere?

have you ever seen Troy where achillies 's dead mother is able to to talk to him?its the same for me, believe it or not i'm able to talk to my dead grandfather, who told me what causes my brain fog.He couldnt say the problem  in English, because in his time ,black people were not able to talk English in south africa and they spoke the original  Sesotho mother tongue. The Sesotho Language we speak in south africa has been damaged by people along the years.what i'm doing currently is to find out what the problem he named in sesotho is called in English because i my self dont know what it is in Sesotho. As i said , belive it or not ,i can talk to my dead grandfather.Once i find out what the problem is called  in English i'll let you know.My grand father knows everything. My email is ***@****, Email me yours.i know the feeling of brain fog where you feel like youre in a blottle of seeing through it with a frozen brain.

Anxiety is a very individual thing.  Although many anxiety sufferers experience many of the same symptoms at some point or other, many of these symptoms are symptoms of other illnesses as well. Therefore a proper diagnosis is critical to treatment.

Thanks for the reply. Does anxiety absolutely have to include the obvious symptoms though?

Derealization is a symptom of many different disorders.
I suggest you see your GP and get a good checkup. Discus these symptoms with the doc and perhaps get a referral to a psychiatrist who can give you a proper diagnosis.
Good luck.
