Dizziness, short of breath, weak, blurry vision, plz help.

Hello, my name is Math, im 19 years of age and live and pretty healthy life until;

It all started a month ago, i was driving from work when suddenly i felt like fainting, my mouth and throat got really dry, i felt out of breath and I was really scared of crashing because i was in the highway. I made  a quick exit and stopped at a park's parking lot. I felt really weak dizzy and anxious. I had to make a few stops  until I arrived at my house. When i got home i took a nap, and after two hours i felt good. The next day i went to drop my nephew to his house, and before entering  my car i felt dizzy and those similar symptoms. I was able to drop him safely, but from that day to now august  2009 i have been experiencing those similar symptoms, but now those symptoms not only  happen while i'm driving, but when i go out or at home. I have been to a few doctors, a Neurologist, and the ER but all have said that I am "stress out" and that i suffer from anxiety and things like that. Personally, I don't think is stress. All the exams; blood, chest Xray, Vertigo came out negative. I can't work, go to school. or even go out now because every time i go out i feel like fainting, out breath, like running out of saliva and choking. When I am at home in some way i feel safer, but also weak and I'm constantly drinking water which seems to relive a little my symptoms. Also it seems that when i'm using the computer for more than an hour i start feeling those symptoms and my vision starts to get blurry. I do not use my contact anymore since when I have them on i feel worse.

I'm posting this so anyone out there who is/has experienced similar symptoms please help. Also if you happen to have the knowledge of what is happening to me, your concerns and feedbacks will be gratefully thanked for.

This almost sounds like the start of Agoraphobia which is the fear of leaving home. You should see a psychiatrist. If it is Agoraphobia, he may be able to help you before it get serious and you are unable to leave your house at all.

Best Regards!
