Dizziness and pain in back of head

by Ang1975, Dec 10, 2007 06:38PM
I will try to make this as short as possible but 4 years ago I was diagnosed with BPPV and I rec'd physical therapy and it went away.  It came back maybe once or twice a year for the next 3 years and now within the past year it has pretty much never gone away.  It gets worse and worse and now I have pressure in my ears, ringing in my ears, pain in the back of my head, neck, dizziness that lasts all day and occasionally the feeling that I am going to pass out.  They did an MRI in Feb of this year and that was negative, they have checked my bloodcount and hearing with everything coming back normal.  I have 3 small children and it is becoming unbearable to take care of them because I am constantly dizzy.  I fear there could be something major wrong but everytime I go in they say I have anxiety.  I know I am anxious about being dizzy all the time and afraid to go somewhere because I don't want to get so dizzy I can't function but the anxiety is not causing the dizziness which is what they keep telling me.  I need help before I lose my mind.
