Thanks very much I managed to see the Doc this week after all and she thought it was anxiety also.
Thanks again it reassured me.
I'm sorry for your loss...
Possibly you are psychologically refusing to accept it, and experiencing the trauma this way.
Yes; I would think the Dr. is your best bet.
I had a tremendous loss once in life and would fall down w/o experiencing dizziness first. There was no warning.
You'll move through this.
I am sorry to here about your mother it's tough when we lose someone we care about very much and it can make us think about are own mortality. Which can cause us to be very anxious all the time without even feeling like we are. I go through this everyday it's not as bad as it used to be and I am not getting the panic attacks or the dizziness or any of the other side effects like I used to. Just give it time and try to breathe and stay calm. Your going to see your doctor and thats good I am sure he will prescribe you something and it is probably going to take a few weeks for you to get the full effects, so just stay strong you will start to feel better in time.
Dizziness is a very common symptom of anxiety, it should pass with time. I am sorry about your mother. Just make sure you eat right and drink plently of water. I am here if I can help you. Good Luck
