Dizziness

I am a single mother of 4 and work full time. I have been dizzy for two months now. The only other symptom I have besides the dizziness is sinus pain constantly.  Whenever I look upward or downward I become very dizzy. I have been to the doctor and he states I have uneven level of fluid around my ear that causes the dizziness. I was put on medication for the dizziness but it does not work.  In the evening time I become extremely tired and the dizziness seem to get worst when I lay down. I need to know what is exactly going on with me.

I have been having a bout of dizziness and went to Dr.  was told it was Vertigo and was given meds.  It didn't go away and they acted like I was lying.  Not like the meds were good, nothing but benadryl...lol....but anyhow..I starting googling.  I found this:

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (Benign Positional Vertigo)

http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec06/ch080/ch080e.html

Check it out and see if it sounds like you.  At the bottom is a chart that is an at home maneuver you can do.  I did it and it worked fine.  I think I'll need to give it another try (just did it last night, and they say sometimes it takes more than once for it to totally take care of it) cause I still have just a little dizziness.

Anyway read the chart like a clock.

Go back to the doc, slam the meds down on his/her desk, put your hands on your hips and say. "Hey! This stuff ain't working!" No question about it, sister, the inner ear is where the balance thing happens, so if fluids get out of whack, yer gonna feel dizzy! And the bad sinuses kind of go along with it, so MAYBE there's an infection at work, too. This is all "maybe" stuff from a non-expert and no one here is as qualified as your doctor to say what's wrong and how to fix it. But if the doc got it wrong, then you need to let him/her know.

Capice?
