Probably just talk with you, but they may order some tests to make sure there is nothing organically going on in your head to be causing the dizziness. An MRI would be one test they may order.
Cross that bridge when you get to it!
Anxiety can do some pretty bizarre stuff. Do some research.

I never knew that anxiety could get so severe.
What would a neurologist do?
Stress can do that and a great deal more! I'm glad you went to an ENT and had your ears and sinuses checked, I would have recommended that. I would also recommend that you have your eyes checked. If those prove not to be the problem, I would certainly see my doctor and discuss the dizziness. He may want you to see a neurologist.
Does the dizziness have anything to do with whether or not you've eaten? It could be a bit of low blood surgar...............I know that if I don't eat, I feel sort of dizzy. Just a thought.
Let us know, OK? I'm sure you'll be fine.
Peace
