Dizzy spells and anxiety

Ok. So i have had these symptoms for a few years now but they have jus been getting worse and worse. I get extreme dizzy spells where i feel like im goin to fall over followed with panic attacks, and now i feel constantly tired and cant seem to bring myself to do much no matter how much I sleep. I used to get numbness in my toes but that hasnt been in awhile but ive started to get constant headaches and blurred vision. I constantly feel out of it and as if im walking in a dream. Also ive noticed that my heart beats randomly really past and hard almost out of nowhere. Ive had my blood pressure checked though recently and it was normal. Ive gone to the doctors and they thought I was pregnent which was a no and then thought i had mono which was a no and then i was told it could be from stress because i have been extremly stressed while having my bf in Iraq for the past year. I cant afford to keep goin to the doctors and ive had a blood test a year ago and dont want to have to spend more money for another one. Ive been taking vitamins (chamomile flower pills) which have helped with the stress but now i feel so so tired all the time more so then before. I try to work out every day and stay fit Can anyone please help??

You aren't alone with the vertigo.  I suffered with it for a year...the year I decided to go off Xanax.  I almost had to quit my job....almost became housebound, would not walk in a mall, had trouble going grocery shopping....it's was probably the worse year of my life.  Hopefully you can get some type of help, whether it be therapy or medications.  Don't let it ruin your life.  Good luck!

I had all the same symptoms and was even told I had MS at one point numbness, tingling in my arms and legs lots of strange scary things.(proven wrong through an mri).  It is amazing what aniexty can do to the body over time, it can mimic so many things, when you have a heightened awareness like I do it is hard not to focus on numbness and tingling nausea but if you read lots about anxiety and talk to a qualified dr. who deals with this, they will tell you these are symptoms of GAD, if behavior therapies aren't working ( deep breathing etc) don't work you may want to discuss a med .It can take lot's of patientce to find the right one and dose, but it can also change your life. But make sure you get a complete physical , thryoid can sometimes also cause problems like that. Relax and enjoy life.....(easier said than done I know)

It definately sounds like anxiety, it seems to manifest itself the same way mine does. Why not go and get thouroughly checked though, it helps to put your mind at ease some, I know it did for me. How are you feeling right now?

I have the same symptoms and have had them really bad for about a year and a half. Have your attacks always manifested themselves like this, just now more severe? I know that it can be anxiety, because I have bad dizziness followed by panic attacks. I did, however, get thorough tests to rule out everything else. How long have they been this severe?
