Do I have Anxiety?

These are my symptoms, please let me know if I have anxiety?

I have high curiosity level
I am suspicious about a lot of things my husband does
I need to know everything that my family members do
I feel lightheaded at times
I cannot concentrate on work
I am very forgetful of certain things
I always feel butterflies in my stomach, like I did when I was in school right before an exam

I'm always curious!

I'm not so suspicious about things.

I do like knowing what my family members are doing! But we are all so very close! So through out the day, I call my mom, dad, brother, sister... just to say "whats up? how ya doing? what's mom up to?" But we also live in the same town... so we are very very close.

I get lightheaded ALOT when I'm having anxiety. And even sometimes when I'm not having anxiety.

I can concentrate at work... but do have harder times concentrating... like I go blank alot.. and if I'm having anxiety... I def. can't concentrate worth a hoot!

I'm very forgetful! lol.

and my NUMBER ONE SYMPTOM!

..... IS butterflies in the stomach!!!! OH MY GOSH! I have them ALL DAY! ALMOST EVERYDAY!!! AND I DON'T KNOW WHY!!!! ITS A WORRYFUL FEELING IN MY STOMACH... NOT GOOD BUTTERFLIES... BAD BAD BUTTERFLIES LOL.

So... you are NOT ALONE!

Sounds like you are a little obsessive compulsive? which isnt a bad thing, I think everyone is a little OCD to an extent...  And sounds like you are having a little anxiety.

If it's really really bad where you cannot cope with it, go see a doctor... or even a therapist.

Alot of the time, most of the time, it's our thinking process... you feel the way you think. If you are suspicious of your hubby.... then you will feel "paranoid?"

sounds to me like you could have trust issues bringing on anxiety...
