It seems to really be set of by small things. I'm under a lot of stress from my mom because my grandparents are coming home, so maybe that's it? The latest insident just happened. But earlier I started getting a headache, and I was fine, but then I slipped at a basketball game and I started feeling... Weird. Fast forward to later, and my mom is yelling at me, and suddenly I litterally wanted to be killed. I went to get in the shower and I had no coherent thoughts, all little words. Eventually they stated spewing out of my mouth in a manic jumble and I was hyperventilating, my skin pale and my cheeks bright red. I started spasming. Arms jolting and my head snapping from side to side and I was crying and scared. So so scared of my head and why I think things I do... About dying and everything. Please help please. I still feel light headed and cold yet warm at the same time.
