Your symptoms could very well be due to anxiety, it can cause all kinds of uncomfortable and strange feelings. We have a great anxiety forum here, I am going to refer you to them, they may be able to provide more insight into this issue.
I hope you are not taking lots of coffee or chocolates or lots of anything that contains the caffeine. I think making a habit to take small sips of water over the day, helps to focus and relax, especially at times when you are nervous. And always remember If one has to make the right choices and decisions, has to be done in a state of mind that is not excited, rather calm. So, try to take control of your emotions and you will learn that in time to come. Stretching is okay, for you make add taking some deep breaths to it as well. P.S Exercise Regularly! And smoking makes it worse. JUst in case, So
