Do these methods actually help..?

I went to some websites..
And they have this methods..
But I think this is just a commercial ..I think this is just how they make money and taking advantages from people like us..
Or does it actually work?
I just want to know..

I almost tried the Linden Method but im not sure if its worth the money..
what if it doesnt work...i will feel 100x worse because I feel like this is my last attempt to get rid of my anxiety and if it doesnt work it will ruin my life and my confidence..
