Does anyone else have a hard time exercising bcuz there anxiety so bad
I don't know bout anyone else but I have a hard time trying to exercise because every time I do I focus on how fast my heart is racing and sends me into panic mode I want to get over this so bad because I know exercise will help fight my anxiety and help me get on the road to feeling better it just sucks I sometimes don't want to even get up and do anything but sit or lay down bcuz I'm afraid  all the time now especially doing any kind of strenuous activity. Please any feed back would be much appreciated.

This is actually pretty common with anxiety sufferers -- my sister had this problem.  But you can avoid it by starting out by doing strenuous exercise that doesn't require you to get out of breath -- yoga, pilates, and resistance training, for example.
