Does anyone else...

Hey everyone I have been getting a cold sensation in my face when I have a panic attack or when im feeling nervous.Then when I finally calm down it seems to go away.Has this happened to anyone else??

Yes, panic can manifest itself in many ways.  Assuming your doctors have cleared you before and you realize you have anxiety, it can cause alot of symptoms.  I sometimes got chills and would break out in a cold sweat when feeling anxious.

I've been through so many tests already and don't want to go through it again.It seems everytime my anxiety comes back it brings along "new symptoms"..In the past it seems every "symptom" I had,I thought I was dying..Once my anxiety went away so did the symptoms..So I know I just have to get over this and I will start feeling better,,hopefully!!

Yes definitely I had that. I thought it was sweating then cooling from the sweat drying but now I'm "better" I think it was all in my mind or more to do with hyperventilating without realising it.

I get cold sensations, sometimes hot sensations, and lots of tingling in my face during a panic attack..it truly STINKS!!!!
