For what it's worth, I'll get that as well. Like it feels like you're trying to think through a thick wool blanket.
I agree with janety33, though, and gotta believe it's all in your head. When I get like that I find a couple of deep breaths and a bathroom visit (to get some time to myself) helps me out sometimes, but sometimes it follows me on until I sleep or more. Usually it'll dissipate if I get my mind off of everything being different.
I feel the same way, I too have panic attacks and I feel like the world looks different. Like they say, its all in our heads :(
OMG THATS WHAT I GET! IM OVER PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY ATTACKS, BUT I STILL GET THE LITTLEST FEELING OF ANXIETY.. THEN I GET THE UNEVEN EYES AND WEIRD BALANCE THING.. HAVE YOU GUYS GONE TO THE DOC ABOUT IT? COS MY DOC SAID IT WAS JUST ANXIETY.. BUT I DONT THINK SO!
Yeah me too, I've gotten over the bump of panic attack and anxiety attack but the slightess anxiety and I feel dizzy, I get a pressure point on my chest my eyes feel uneven. And I wonder if I'll ever feel normal again.
Yeah I almost always feel off. Sometimes I feel like I'm leaning towards a particular side too much, like something is pulling me down. It's really weird and I definitely don't like it. I also feel just weird, internally. Like everything is shaking or buzzing or just not right.
