Dose anyone else suffer from ectopic heartbeats please help

Hi everyone, I've been suffering what I can only describe as anxiety from what my docter has said to me, chest pains, body tremors when trying to rest and sleep, I saw a cardiologist last week and he ran through a number of routine cheeks and he said he thinks I have eptopic beats, I have had countless ecg's and blood tests and all come back normal, he also wants to do a 48 hour take recording of my heat aswel, I'm just wondering if anybody else gets these symptoms where they can feel there had in the chest all the time and feel the eptopic beats happening, please reply

I am 35 years old and starting getting them when I was 20 years old. In a structurally normal heart with no heart disease PVCS/PACS (ectopic beats) are benign. Hard to live with at first but in time you will get use to them and you will find your triggers. The worse thing you can do is worry/obsess over them  because the more you worry, the more you will notice them... I find when im having a bad bout that something as simple eating a banana and taking some magnesium can work wonders.... Give it a try :) lots of us have been where you are now so your not alone. I wish back when I was first going through it that I had reached out to people. At first I dealt with it alone, I didnt realize how many people there were in the world going through the same exact thing I was. It would have been comforting to have someone to talk to that knew what I was going  through.... good luck

Yes they quite scary to say the least the send me light headed and pale, dose the magnisium tablets help?
For me yes, I don't think it makes then happen less but it definitely makes them feel less forceful. I have a powder kind you dissolve in water, I have even used milk of magnesia in a pinch.
Could you please send me a message of what your usinfmg for them please, it would be much apprrshated

I have had these for years now.  It is not fun but they are benign per the doctor.  I have had every non invasive test because they used to cripple me years ago but I have somewhat learned to deal with them.  You should check out the Heart Rhythm forum.  Hope you feel better!

From what I Googled now, it seems eptopic beats are harmless, so is that what the doctor said?
