Dream like state

I feel like Im in a dream for the most of the time. I have experienced this for a few years now but it seems to be the case most of the time. I feel occasional dizziness and I find it really hard to concentrate. Its really scary and overwhelming and sometimes I worry that I wont be able to separate real life and dreams. I have suffered from depression in the last couple of years. When I go to the shopping centre sometimes I get really anxious. I would love to get rid of this constant fuzziness in my mind because I think its really starting to affect my life. Any suggestions?

I have the worst anxiety, i also felt like that with anxiety you can feel these werid things and just remeber it WILL go away. One time i woke up and didient care about anything becuse i thought u was dreaming it was a very bad feeling but just get a good night rest and know this your fine.
Also spending time with friends and having fun was a god way for me to feel better.

i have the same problem and im scared to go anywhere with my friends im afraid that i might fall over and im scared to tell my parents i get this feeling
