Dry Mouth

Can anxiety cause dry mouth? I mean chronic dry mouth

Dry mouth is a very common symptom of anxiety.

Like I said...address the anxiety, and the symptoms you are convinced is something else will fade away!!!

yes it can and is a very common symptom to anxiety. it can occur alone or on most people due to panic they breath heavy which reacts into drying your mouth it with more breathing and less syliva it makes sense. just drink water, or what i use to do is suck on candys, mints, etc and it helped a bit. good luck.

I get REALLY REALLY REALLY dry mouth when I have BAD anxiety.
I can't even EAT! It's so bad... I usually don't have an appetite anyways when I have a bad spell...

So to answer your question, YES. Dry mouth, even VERY DRY MOUTH, is a common symptom of anxiety.

well when i had my first anxiety attack my mouth was so dry, i mean dry to the point that i had to drink a soda, right after i drank it my mouth went dack dry again instantly
it has not happen since. i hope that was any help
