Dry heaving almost every morning

The last 3 days has seem to get worse, wake up and get of my bed and head to my computer, after about 20 minutes I start feeling sick in my stomach and start sweating, then I'd head to the toilet and dry heave around 6 or more times then feel completely fine for the rest of the day.

I've never had this at any other time of the day. Not sure if this could be linked with anxiety but when I do wake up I feel very nervous and overthink a lot of things and start to panic over everything.

I have tried getting straight out of bed and having breakfast, it still happens. Most of the time i'll lie in bed for about 15 minutes after waking up, then I'll start feeling sick and about 5 minutes after that feeling starts i'll get up and dry heave and start sweating alot even though it's winter??

Also I've been having very sweaty/clammy hands and haven't been able to eat as much as I normally do, I only have about 2 small meals a day. Even though I feel hungry I just can't seem to put the effort into getting and eating the food.

The reason I asked is some multivitamins have minerals in them in a form that the body doesn't absorb well, especially iron, and this can cause this kind of morning reaction.  It could be something you're eating regularly at night that you're not digesting well.  What I would try first is to make sure you eat something as soon as you get up, even if it's only a banana, before you start in on your computer and see if that doesn't settle your stomach.

No, I don't take anything at all.

Have you started taking a new multivitamin in the morning?
