Dry mouth from anxiety

I went out and I know that drinking alcohol is even worse for people with anxiety but i did and the next day of course was the guilt and then the day after i got tremors in my face and head aches...then another day pasted and i was fine now i have really bad dry mouth and im worried something really bad can be wrong or what if my whole mouth drys over night what if its a symptom of hiv because I accidentlly ran into someone in september and my tooth punctured there skin and idk if they were hiv positive or what and im worried their blood got in my mouth...

Alcohol is dehydrating.  Drink some water, you're fine.

Anxiety gives me DRY mouth for sure! When the body is not relaxed... the saliva glands don't work properly.

And I'm pretty sure you can't get HIV from ingesting a little bit of someones blood. It has to be through a wound. So get that evil anxiety thought out of your head. =)

So you went out drinking, probably got a hang-over and as Paxiled said, you're no doubt dehydrated. Drink a lot of water or some Gatorade to restore your electrolytes. Dry mouth is a very common side effect from drinking.
I will save the lecture about drinking while on certain medications because you did not state you were on anything.
I'll also save the lecture about how us folks with anxiety/depression issues should not drink since you said it yourself. Alcohol is a depressant and while it may make us feel better for awhile, we will always crash and burn...............
As for the HIV scare................let it go. You had NO RISK.
But do start thinking with the correct "head!"
