EASE AN IDIOTS MIND?

Ive been out in the sun all day today...

Ive had a minor headache all day but all of a sudden it has gotten very very bad....suddenly...

Im an idiot and would just like someone to help me rule out the possibilty of an aneurysm or water intoxication.

So far I havent really felt sick with it but I am a little confused and dizzy. And I have drunk enough water....hence im worried about having drank too much

Obviously everything should point to the sun causing it but im the biggest worry alive.....and I read up that a sudden severe headache could mean some serious stuff. Oh and painkillers arent helping it really.

no your not an idiot. Headaches can be not just from dehydration but u could of burnt your head. you can have sun stroke. or if you didnt where any sun glasses then it can be from straining your eyes. please dont worry 2 much keep your head cool and try and get some sleep. if the headache is still there tomorrow then see your gp. good luck. please excuse my spelling errors

yeah sounds like a heat stroke to me. i had one when i was like 15. i can remember that day. i was normal then all of a sudden im all dizzy. i came home dizzier than ever and have crazy heat flashes. you get a fat headache. its nothing really to worry about. just drink alot of water but dont over drink just stay home and relax maybe take a cold bath.

Just keep sipping water. Your body can only digest a certain amount anyway so they're isn't much point in gulping water. Also, keep a cool cloth on your forehead, or try taking some cool showers.
