ENT and other symptoms related with anxiety?

Hi everyone. 3 months ago, I've lost my beloved grandma and later on my previous anxiety attacks have come to scene again. After a harsh period of anxiety, I found a swollen lymph node on my neck, in the sub mandibular area. 2 or 3 weeks later, another one in the opposite direction appeared (both are nearly 1/2 inch size). I also had a pressure feeling in my ear for some time. Then I had some lesions on my tongue (which I suppose them to be Geographic tongue) and a herpes lesion on my upper lip (herpes lesions are my habit since childhood btw). And lastly, I had a burning kinda pain on my upper chest a week ago, and a swollen muscle/or something on armpit! And now, I have a palpable but small lymph node above my collarbone. OMG. All these have occurred in the last 3 months, and all remain same (except ear pressure problem). I want to rule out malignancy, I'm scared. Waiting for your comments, thx in advance...

Swollen lymph nodes can be a symptom of some sort of infection.  Anxiety certainly can trigger these outbreaks.  However, you must see a doctor to get to the bottom of your symptoms.  The sooner the better because if you wait, you're going to worry more and that, of course, will contribute to your anxiety.

Hope everything turns out for the best!
