Hi....I've been dealing with this "new" problem for about 3 weeks now.  It feels like a pressure in my ears and it also feels like my ears are super hot.  I also experience pressure in my nose (in between the eyes).  I don't what this is all about.  I've had and dealt with all the other typical panic attack symptoms but this one is new for me.  I think I am going to make an appointment with an ENT just to have it checked out.

I can relate.  It is probably anxiety.   Although my ears do not get red, my neck gets really red and hot.  I get really embarrassed when it happens.  Whenever I am anxious usually this means when I am crying or in a heated discussion, or just uncomfortable my neck will get red. It happens to me at work, social occasions even with my family and I know people are very aware of it.  What I try to do though is take some deep breaths and realize that this is not a health issue.  I am just overly anxious.   After a little while does the red go away?  When I calm down my neck is not red anymore.  I do not know if you have this problem though, I know exactly when it is happening and I think that intensifies it.  I know this is hard to do but try to not think about your ears getting red and hopefully the redness and the hot feeling will subside.  Over time your brain will program it self to not freak out when it happens which ultimately will help.     Hang in there.

I just want to say that I have read some of your feedback to people and I really think you give good feedback.  That's really great!
