Eating disorder

This is new to me.  I think I have an eating disorder.  38 years old.  had times when I was "over weight".  I am only 5' 4" now only weigh about 130'.  My heaviest was 145'.  I strive to be 115' or less.  

I talked to my therapist about it today and never really thought about it before.  

I never eat until about 6:00 in the evening.  Eating in the morning makes me sick to my stomach.  I just can't do it. I will totally feel faint and still not eat.  

Eating disorder?  I think so...

Hi yes I am the same way!! I don't eat til later in the day and cannot eat in the morning!! I also get sick to my stomach but I don't know if it's an eating disorder or a psychological thing or a physical thing. I just don't know!! I have also drastically lost weight which was actually a good thing for me for awhile but now I don't think I need to lose anymore weight as I am 5'3" and 137 pounds. Mine is I believe related to my generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks. I constantly worry about getting food poisoning because I have had it 3 times in the past with one time putting me in the hospital for a week. Do you have anxiety of any kind? That could be the case.
