Erectile dysfunction, doctor tells me anxiety.. I say its my high blood pressure

So here's the deal, I started having high blood pressure at 20 and now im 23 with ED. I asked my doctor and he said it was too early for the HBP to be responsible for any sort of vascular damage. Do you think this is true? He thinks the ED is psychological but I simply can't accept this. I don't even get morning erections, AT ALL.

I got an echo stress test because I read about how ED can signal a coming heart attack or coronary artery disease, I passed so hoping that isn't an issue. It just seems like my erections are really weak and floppy, sometimes if I masturbate in the shower watching porn I can manage a strong erection but only if I am laying on my back, and if I stop either watching the P or M then it immediately becomes flaccid again.

Just want some opinions, only other thing was ive had blood and urine tests that showed high cortisol, now it seems to be normal so not sure I can even consider it as being a cause+effect.

So yeah pretty much *****, im 23 and cant even use my manhood and the doctors insist on the "anxiety"label. Maybe i'll need a massive heart attack before anyone starts paying attention.

I know its a little late, but I will post any way, I had this problem for a while  this past year, I started taking anxiety medication and he was back to his old self (You know), the only problem I had with the anxiety medication was that it was hard to reach the climax took for ever (Wife didn't really like the time it took) and I mean it took for ever like an 1 hour maybe 1hr 30min.... But I did have troubles at the start of this, but now its not an issue both ways.
Hope this helped.

Hi, i reckon your problems are anxiety, thats why you can get excited watching porn, it keeps you more stimulated. You really have to try and relax. You could do with a short therapy course, it may help. Just try not to think about it or worry..

A heart attack at 23? Sure it happens but it is highly unlikely, especially since you've already had a an echo stress test. I would stop worrying about your heart. Have you tried taking viagra or cialis? I would give them a try and if they work for you, then at least you know that all of your equipment is in working order, which would point more towards stress and / or anxiety issues.
