Extreme tension when falling asleep.

When I am about to fall asleep. My body starts to tense up and start shaking. Starting from the neck and shoulders. This wakes me up and when I have my eyes open and fully awake everything is OK and I feel calm. In every attempt to go back to sleep the cycle starts over and over.

This has caused me a lot of anxiety to a point of becoming anxiety disorder. I don't have energy during the day. This has been happening to me in the last 3 months. Have seen neurologist and a psychiatrist. Plus my Primary care. All of them have no idea. They think is related to anxiety. I have been taking Trazodone and Cymbalta for anxiety. The Trazodone helps with the sleep at night, it sedates me and I sleep ok. However when I take naps the issue still happens every time.
I am wondering if anyone can direct me to the possible solution.
