FLOATERS...EYE TROUBLE...

Can an axiety really cause visual snow...eye floaters and long trails when looking at things that arent even lit up at night?

I have convinced myself that everything is down 2 ongoing anxiety but I cant convince myself these syptoms (symptoms) are....so if anyone has had these and got through them and it was anxiety or if anyone knows if anxiety can cause them....please let me know as much as poss

I started with anxiety last August and got floaters sometime this late winter/early spring.  Although it is proven that anxiety causes eye floaters, it is seems in a lot of cases.  Anxietycentre.com has a whole list of sysptoms on there (including eye floaters) that should help ease your mind.  You still should see an eye dr.  I seen the eye dr 2x.  He says my eyes are healthy, but floaters are so annoying.  Its hard to believe stress could cause these! Hope this helps...

I've noticed visual snow alot of my life, only recently with increased anxiety has it bothered me.  It might just be that I'm noticing it more or something.

I first got eye floaters back in 1988.  Whats this crazy thing I thought. The dr just said they were "Eye Floaters".  Nothing to worry about.  I still have them to this day and have gotten used to them some.  I have lived with anxiety my whole life so I guess this is just one more thing!
