Facial tingling from anxiety causing appearance changes

I have suffered from anxiety for 6 years, and during a bout of anxiety I would feel tension, tingling, coldness, aching, and other sensations in parts of my face, it started around the eyes, and eye sockets, and spread to the forehead, and cheeks, sides of mouth and lips and chin. This would go on for a while as my anxious episodes could be quite prolonged.  
After an anxious period I noticed sagging in my right eyebrow after I had been feeling anxiety in that area. Now a few years later, I have had several large anxious episodes which have caused furthur anxiety and depression because it seems to affect my face, by first having the sensations over a long period and the face reacting to that stress and sagging. I noticed it mainly on the eyebrows, over the cheekbones, and on the sides of the mouth. i have talked to therapists and doctors about this and they dismiss it as imaginary and BDD. I do recognise that I may anxiously assess over these symptoms, and focus alot on them, but the changes seem to be there, and permanent. I  can feel, see and touch the changes, and causes me great distress. Has anyone else had these symptoms? Does this sound like a plausible situation?

I dont know i have been going through something similar to yours. I also have anxitety and i have been noticing numbness and tingling in my hands and feet as well as parts of my face and the back of my skull. I have no idea what it is but since. I dont panick until i fell this. im hard pressed to think its just anxiety. Im going to see the neurologist soon to make sure it isnt anything more serious. I hope its nothing serious for you because obviously the doctors arent takin ti seriously.
