Fatigue and vertigo

Hi...

My father is a 69-year-old has been suffering some problems with his deteriorating health.  We cannot understand what his actual problems are.  He has no past medical history.  He has mild hypertension and on amlodopine.  He has mild spondylitis control with exercise.

He cannot travel for long years and cannot do tolerate any deep sound or disturbance.  He fears to walk outside or  busy road.  He sometime shakes with nervous but not intense since six months.  He is very anxious and worries.  He has some problems with insomnia then he takes alprazolam 0.25 mg as or half daily. He has nocturia.

Now, his problems are geeting acute with very fatigue all the time (more in the morning), vertigo four to five times a day since 15 days and shaking hands and legs.

My questions...what kind of treatment he should do.

Thanks!!!

While I agree 100% with Jenny that your father does appear to have some anxiety issues, there are some other symptoms that raise red flags for me. The extreme fatigue, vertigo and shaky hands and legs could be symptoms of issues unrelated to anxiety.
I strongly urge you to take your father to a Gerontologist. (A doctor who deals specifically with the elderly)
I wish your father the very best. Let us know how he'd doing.
Peace
