Fear Of Heart Attack

Meh, had really good week this week, thaught all my sickness fears. BUT i have a fear of a heart attack 24/7, keep thinking my left arm is swelling and tinggleing and always gets paines. What should i do?, i always try relaxing but it dosent work. Please help <3

Maybe see a dr.??? That would be my first thought.

I have exactly the same fears i would deffo see a doc to rule out anythin serious, i have and everythin was normal my pains etc are all due to anxiety and my fears. let me know how u get on
