Fear of eating infront of others

Hi there,
My story is that when ever i eat a meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner... i am embarassed to eat infront of anyone... i do it so i dont look like a freak but inside i am dying!!  i even hate eating infront of my husband of 4 years( always have).. i have always had this problem as long  as i can remember. i am not fat.. i dont think.. im 5'3 and weigh 130lbs. i just hate eating infront of people... i have lots of friends and have no problem talking to people. i just feel like everytime i eat people are thinking im such a pig! i work in a restuarant so i  am around food all the time.. and of course talk of it is natural... so what the heck is wrong with me!!!

hi i have the same problem most the time i just avoid eating altogether, but its nt healthy its like i feel every one is looking at me thinking how fat i am. all tho i am fat at least i think i am im 156 so ya i am fat but try talking wit ur husband and see if wen u 2 eat u cn turn the T.V. on so the attentions nt all on u eating. jus a thought. i hope u figuer something out!
