Fed Up

Just wondering does anyone here experience this strange feeling in there chest I guess in their heart area. And if so does this lead to them worrying about them having a heart attack. Also does anyone have trouble falling asleep because of this worry. Ive been having some heart attack symptoms recently and i'm only 18 when I begin to think about my heart I begin to feel warm my heart begins to pound I get a tingling sensation in my toes and I go pale. Does anyone else get this? This all started with me thinking I had cancer WOW.

That feeling is completely normal with anxiety. Almost all people who suffer from anxiety experience a pressure in their chest. The tingling is just from your heart racing. When you are experiencing anxiety your body is in a constant fight or flight mode.

You are not dying. Your heart is fine. It is simply anxiety.Relax and everytime you get that feeling just calm down.

If you are really truly concerned go to a doctor and get your heart checked. I had mine checked a lot because i thought i was having a heart attack, it was simply anxiety.

    As janae stated this is completly normal.....I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks and i swear that i have had every possible side effect....Before i found this site i always thought that i was the only one that has all these wierd symptoms and i always thought something was wrong with me....Ive been up on this site for about an hour tonight and i have read a bunch of posts by other people and i was sooo amazed that other people experience the same symptoms...If your really worried then go to the doctor but its prolly just anxiety...Read some other posts and you will tend to feel a little better, it worked for me tonight....Take care!  cody
