You do sound like you have fairly classic anxiety symptoms, but keep in mind that many of those symptoms can be caused by a real medical issue, just as anxiety can mimic a medical issue. Confused? Anxiety can really play havoc with our heads.
It sounds like you've definitely had your heart checked out and everything looks good there. I would urge you to go back to your doctor and discuss other possibilities for these symptoms. Did he check your thyroid? Your adrenals? Did he look for vitamin or mineral defeciencies? A1C?
He needs to rule out a great many things before he decides that anxiety is the only card left on the table.
And that feeling you get of being "un-real?" That's called depersonalization or derealization and for those of us with anxiety and panic, it is a very common feeling and it *****. You might want to Google it. It will not hurt you and you will not get "stuck" feeling like that.
It IS very frustrating when we are first hit with anxiety or odd physical sensations that provoke anxiety. Doctors are often too quick to blame everything on the anxiety and dismiss what could be a very real organic problem.
In my humble and non-medical opinion, I would revisit my doctor and get answers for each of my symptoms. If your GP/PCP cannot give you those answers, request to be referred to a specialist who can. Hey.........it's YOUR body, it's YOUR health.
Be pro-active in your own health care. Welcome to the future.
I wish you the very best!
Peace

It sounds like the classic symptoms of anxiety.  You can get help via therapy and /or medication.  It's best to try therapy first, but you and your psychiatrist have to decide if medication is needed as well.  There are many on here who experience what you do, so know you're not alone, and everyone understands.  It's amazing what anxiety can do to us, but with therapy you will learn how to cope better and think differently.  Anxiety can be constant or just hit us out of the blue.  But there is help, make an appt. to see a psychiatrist and go from there, knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  I do wish you all the best and take care.
