Feeling anxious for no reason

My reasons for feeling anxious are because I may have a pregnancy risk or so I think. I read online and on here that my chances are very slim or none at all (i.e. no penetration occurred, just fingering with pre-ejaculatory fluid and dry humping). I posted my concern in the relevant forum but no replies.... But I'm just scared of the what if...my appetite has decreased dramatically. I just eat some food so as to have energy but otherwise I'm not enticed to eat. I also feel very very sleepy lately even with alot of sleep. I just want to get over this. It's tearing me apart. help me please. thank you thank you so much.

Do you have a history of anxiety?  Have you seen your doctor about it for peace of mind?  Can you talk to a therapist about this?  There are many approaches in my opinion that you can take to deal with your anxiousness about this.  In my opinion, if your anxiety is a bigger issue right now, quite often learning about it can go a long way in dealing with it in my opinion.

i'm a bit confused here as your profile states you are a 24 y o male? Did i get that wrong?
regardless of that, it seems to me that it's just you being anxious. Realize that soon enough you'll be able to know for a fact if you're pregnant or not by seeing a dr, taking a home test etc.
