Feeling nauseous ?

Hi my name is eli. I'm 16 years old I'm 96.7 lbs and 4'10. I do moderate excercise meaning a walk 1 hour everyday + walking to school and back and walking at school. I have bad anxiety mainly at night. Last month I had some issues with anxiety so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack when I was actually perfectly fine. They did an EKG I was perfect. Did blood tests perfect. They checked my blood pressue 2 times. When I was anxious 119/70 I believe next time 115/75 (perfect BP). I'm currently on my period. Yesterday I was walking for an hour but 15 minutes when I was almost done, I got a weird feeling in my body. I started feeling nauseous. Now remember I'm just walking, not running. Then I started feeling like I was going to puke. I thought to myself oh no if someone has heart disease if they work out or excercise they start feeling dizzy and nauseous. Then when I got home I felt super dizzy. These symptoms didnt go away until 15 min. Do you think I over exerted myself? My family has no heart disease but my dad has high blood pressure his bp originally was 160 but I told him and my mom were eating healthy and now it's 150 in about a week it dropped. I eat healthy now more I eat 4-6 servings of veggies and fruits. I drink water I haven't touched soda in years. I drink about 54-64 oz a day. What might be wrong with me? Do you think it might have been my anxiety kicking in? I'm just gonna keep walking for only 20 minutes a day and see if this problem persists. If so the next time I see my doctor I will ask her why.

Hi yes I have pretty bad anxiety especially at my age. I fear that my anxiety or chronic stress makes me stress out that I will develop heart problems soon or later in life because of me stressing out that I am stressed. I hate anxiety it's so annoying it causes weird pains all over my body like one time I thought my appendix was hurting when it was just stomach problems due to anxiety.
