Feeling pins and needles

The last couple years I've been feeling pins & needles on the outer upper thigh on both legs. It's almost like it itches. What could this be?

Thanks Lynn. I have consulted my doctor, my chiropractor and my acupuncturist. No hard answers. It could be a pinched nerve in my neck. I inquired because I had just heard that one symptom with Pancreatic Cancer is an itching feeling. I was curious to see what responses might come from my inquiry. I guess I'll just wait to see if it becomes more pronounced and frequent... and of course, more of a problem.  Thanks again.

You would have to consult a doctor for this answer.  Could be nerve pain or at least a dozen other things.
