Anxiety can cause all of that. When I am very anxious or right after an attack I dont want to eat or sometimes my stomach goes on me and I get that urgent need to go to the bathroom. Have you been diagnosed or new to anxiety?

Just started sept 5  and it is horribble. I have had attacks here and there since i was young but it has been on going since sept 5th...i dont want to eat at all dont have no desire. I have Anxiety and Panic disorder with ocd and Agoraphobia :-( and bad derealization.

I'm sorry you're suffering from anxiety/panic attacks it can be a very scary thing. Since you say you just started on sept 5th does that mean you are on medication/seeing a counselor/psychiatrist?  If you're taking medication sometimes it takes a least a month to kick in and start working.

But your symptoms to panic attacks are completely normal.  I would get myself so sick over a panic attack I would actually vomit, and I would be unable to attend classes after that because I began to develop agoraphobia.  The best thing to do is find a counselor/cognitive behavioral therapist and work through techniques to reduce the anxiety and fear.  A psychiatrist is also great if you want to look into medication.  If you are nervous about any of this talk to your primary care doctor first about your options.

Yes I have seen the doctor and am on zoloft for 2 weeks now. And he gave me xanax but am scared to take them. I go to a panic group weekly and see a therapist once every 2 weeks.

I personally don't know much about zoloft or xanax.  But I do imagine it takes a bit to get adjusted too, hang in there for a couple more weeks and let me know if your status has improved.  I wouldn't be too scared to take xanax. Your psychiatrist sees it will benefit you over the side effects.  But maybe someone with more insight on xanax can suggest something for you.

Yes having a panic attack can make you vomit. This is how I found out what my mental health problems were. It started a year ago when my I found that if I was anxious of something, I would either vomit, or have to go to the bathroom, and I would be in there for a long while. I left it, and eventually because I didnt feel like eating, I was still going to the bathroom to the point where I began bleeding, and have to have several colonoscopy's. The result, a spastic colon due to high anxiety.
If you have been prescribed Xanax and Zoloft, it is to calm you down, they are like valium, personally, my doctor has me on Clonazapam or Diazapam, which also does the same thing. It does take about a month to get into your system, and you may also find that you are more tired than usual, but take the medication because, speaking from experience it works for me. If you dont like the way it makes you feel, you could try what I am on or ask your doctor to prescribe something else, there are other meds out there you can take, each has their own personality.
If I am correct, Zoloft is an anti-depressant, and Xanax is like valium.
