Feelings of passing out, scared, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have been suffering from anxiety... (see my HIV post)
Recently, at night I have sudden attacks of dizzyness, feeling sometimes sick for a few seconds, like i'm going to pass out? This usually happens when I am concentrating, looking at the computer or tv . I don't know whats going on, my heart beats really fast .
I saw doc today, she put it down to anxiety. I'm not sure. Is this familier with anyone? x

It sounds like you are having a panic attack, caused by your anxiety.  Anxiety can manifest itself with so many physical symptoms, and this is why it's imperative that you address the anxiety.  It sounds like you obcess over your health and this worry is just feeding your anxiety and making it worse.  You need to break the cycle.  Get into therapy to learn how NOT to obcess over things with your health. See a psychiatrist so the two of you can determine what the best course of treatment would be for you.  Take care.
