Fell, hit chin on concrete (cross-posted)

A few hours ago, I tripped and fell on uneven concrete. My knees and hands hit the ground, and my head whipped forward and my chin hit the concrete pretty hard. My chin didn't get cut, but there is a bump on it now. I don't think I have any other symptoms, except I have a upset stomach (probably unrelated). Right away I got up and was a bit shaken up and embarrassed. Now, anxiety is getting to me because I'm worried of having a concussion although I don't have any pain other than on the bump on my chin. Can anything be said to ease my mind?

I just fell off my bike and hit my knees, face, and chin today on the concrete road. My chin is starting to hurt a bit. :( got distracted:( never doing that again probably should buy a helmet now:) luckily I was near my place and this lady helped me to my place. I hope I make it though the next couple of days before school starts and hoping to Jehovah and Jesus Christ I don't have brain damage.:(

Hmm I used to know a lot about concussions. But time has passed and I forgot. Have somebody take a look at your pupils. (Do not do it yourself) do you have a headache? Have somebody ask you basic questions. Today's date. Your address. Etc. I've never had a concussion thought I did when I got in the head one time but didnt... I do however know MANY people who have gotten concussions and they feel very out of it. VERY OUT OF IT. Not sure if they were minor ones or not. If you suspect you may have one I would say go to the doctor. But idk! I'm sure somebody on here can help you more then me.
