Felt like everything around me stopped for a second?

This happened like 3 years ago, but I just started thinking about it and it's scaring me. Yes I have a anxiety disorder and I did have a lot of anxiety 3 years ago so I'm wondering if it's what caused this. So basically I was bending down to pick something up and as when I got up I just remember everything stopped. There were people walking around me and talking and I just remember them all freezing for 1 second, like time just completely stopped. I don't know what that was, but it didn't bother me back when it happened and I don't k is why it's bothering me now. What could this be?

It's called a rush, colloquially, borrowed from drug users.  It happens when you raise your head quickly, abruptly altering the balance in your inner ear.
