Finally feeling better.

The anxiety, panic, and crying has cleared up. I actually feel happy again. My increase in antidepressants must be helping. Also I started my period on the 9th and I started feeling better a few days after that. It seems like every month about a week before my period I'm just out of control emotionally. Then my period comes and I'm better. I'm going to start keeping a journal of my moods and periods because it could be PMDD

Good idea about the journal. As females, we all go through the emotional rollercoster around our periods but PMDD is much much worse. Keep track of your symptoms and talk wth your doctor about it.
For me, my periods are totally out of wack. Doctor says its my anxiety. I go months without one and then have one for three weeks! Irritability, sadness, etc occur as well.
I'm glad your finally feeling better. I am looking forward to a day without anxiety as well.

Thanks! I'm some what edgy today. I suppose it could be that I'm home alone right now. It almost feels like I'm speeding. I did some yoga and some house work and I'm hoping that helped release some energy.

I wish my symtoms (symptoms) would disappear for a while each month!!  :-)

Do you take birth contol pills??  If so, could they be making your cycle worse/?

No MMahon I am not on birth control but I do know this girl who has severe PMDD and her doctor put her on birth control and it is helping with the PMDD
