For those who get the cest pain symptom can u please.....

Well I get them on and off, but here are my symptoms:

Burning under left rib cage
Pain under left rib cage
Occasional pain in middle of chest
Palps, PVC's PAC'S, flutters
sharp pain on right side...I guess you just want the chest information.
That is really about it.  I used to have pain a lot worse, but I started taking Aciphex for GERD.  I also have a low functioning gallbladder which adds insult to injury.  

Do you have severe chest pain?  I do know that sometimes gas can make you feel like you are about to have a heart attack.

I have all the symtoms you mention exactly!  How does one know they have a low functioning gall bladder?  What kind of test shows this?  I was just in the ER 2wks ago because of this and the severe pain started up again yesterday.  It feels like if I could just burb I would feel so much better.  Is that how you both feel?

  For me it starts right at my sternum. It feels like somebody has a huge weight attached and is pulling me chest first to the ground all the way from my backbone. I also have chest pain on the left side.
