Frequent, chest neck pain, Anxiety?

Okay, to start I am a 23 year old male with some very scary debilitating problems lately. I have had chest pain in the sternum, sometimes left side of chest, tightening in my chest, back of neck, pain in center of throat, tightening in throat, pain in glands under neck, horrible pulsating in the entire bottom half of my throat. Very strange muscle spasm like feelings Sporadically in my chest, almost feels like heart palpitations, Headaches, funny tingling feelings in my head, sometimes randomly in arms and what not.

I have been thrown through the ringer with the doctor. I swear honestly, I have been in at least one day a week for the past month and a half. I literally feel like I'm dying, I could swear something is seriously wrong with me, like cancer or a heart problem or something.. Something SERIOUS.

However, I have had a ultrasound on my gallbladder, which came back normal however they found kidney stones. That was about two months ago, following I had a CT scan to confirm it was kidney stones, in my right kidney. The rest of the scan came back good. Stomach problems have since improved. Ever since, my problems have escalated into weird problems as I described above.

I have had 2 chest xrays from 2 different doctors, complete blood work, breathing test for asthma, I had a EKG in August for Chest pain as well in a Emergency room visit, last week I had a Stress test, I've also recently in the past few weeks had a H.Pylori test, Throat Culture, Antibotics-1 week pills and a shot in the arse.. And guess what. NOTHING. All my blood work and everything is good. Everything was Negative. Two nights ago at work was a miserable night. Horrible chest pains and that terrible pulsating in the base of my throat. Since I work nights, in the morning I immediatly left, went to the doctors office and the doctor almost got mad at me for showing up again.. He explained I'm young, all my tests are good, there is nothing clinically wrong with me at all. I am scheduled to see a psychologist on thursday for cognitive behavirol therapy as my doctor feels i'm suffering from a panic disorder. I'm also suppose to set up a Endoscopy, which I need to reschedule, which I'm not looking forward to having in the slightest bit.

The funny part is. I'm not dreading anything, not anxious about anything, not stressing over anything except the fact that I don't feel good. I'd just like the pain to go away. If it's anxiety, the pain is so real and debilitating. I've never had problems like this before, I have had anxiety before and that nervous feeling you get, for lets say a job interview or whatever.. But, currently I have all these problems and nothing racking my brain.. Anybody experiency similar issues? I'm just curious if this is all in my head, I feel like nobody believes me and I'm turning into a complete mental case :)

Currently I'm on BETA Blockers for the pulsating and palpitation feelings (Metoprolol Tartrate-lopressor), Prilosec for some heartburn I get, Small prescription of anxiety meds (lorazepam-actavis). Which does seem to help me tremendously sometimes, other times it only works for maybe an hour or hour and a half before my problems return, I try avoiding it as I don't like being on Benzo's, they scare the hell out of me. I'm also on a Albuterol Inhaler which don't help worth a damn..

Help? Suggestions? Ideas? Anything?
