Gaba

I hope the someone here will be able to help.

I suffer from anxiety and Panic attacks from time, it is all around my perfectionism problem with everything related with studing, i am a student

Prozac and other SSRI that I have tried along the years found to be unhelpfull for me.

When I have a Panic attack I used to use Xanax sometimes.

Recently I found something which supposed to be natural, It is still too early for me to tell how much it helps but I would like to try it - GABA 500 mg from Solgar, It is supposed to be a substitute for Xanax, Valium and other medictions in this area.

Based on my very short experience I would say carefully the GABA helps but I am affraif it is might have some side effects or any other harm.

Anyone could tell me if I can trust that there will be no side effects or any other problem along the time that will be caused by the Gaba ?
