Lately my periods have been off track not by much but i am getting them every 20 days do you think anxiety could be causing this?

Hey magen, could be a cause of many things, stress, anxiety poor diet i wouldnt worry to much at least you are getting them im irregular all the time and heavy for 7 days my doctor says its a combination of stress and hormones..
