Goose bumps

Can someone tell me if they ever experience goose bumps for no reason at all. They come on all of a sudden. Not your normal goose bumps all over, no, goose bumps that come in patches. I'll feel a small spot on my arm getting them and when I look, I can literally see them come up. I can see the hairs stand on end but in one small little patch. OR I'll feel them on one side of my face or on one thigh. I'll not only feel them I can see them!! What is up with that? Can someone please tell me if this is something I should be concerned about? Pleeeease let me know.

Hello.   I get the goose bumps alot. I don't know where it comes from it just happens. I think it happens when we don't feel right or are anxious about our physical health. I get also something like a scalp raising type sensation and back of neck. When I am worry free I don't notice it but when my mind is working overtime thats when I feel it the most. I know exactly what you are talking about and have experienced it.  I also get what kinda feels like chills localized to one part of my body, like a patch on my arm.  I think it is all part of anxiety.
