Please don't just "guess" it's asthma. See a specialist to confirm that diagnosis and get treatment if needed. Asthma is NOT something you should ever ignore.
I wish you the best
ok thanks ruby my doc said its probably asma because I got full xray done once I have a smoke I get chest tightness so im guessing asma
While Ms Zona and I both agree there could be an element of anxiety in your symptoms, when you stated that smoking exacerbates those symptoms, that lead me to suspect asthma.
The other point Ms Zona and I agree on is that you should see a professional. I don't know what type of professional she was referring to, but I'm recommending a pulmonologist.
Nowhere in your original post did you mention anxiety, only three years of BREATHING problems. This could, of course, make a person anxious but I don't believe anxiety is your primary concern here.

i have seen my doctor I got my heart checked and lungs they said there is nothing wrong so im guessing asma I don't no
It could be anxiety or it could be a medical problem. I strongly urge you to see your doctor to rule out the medical possibilities. If a thorough physical evaluation turns up nothing, then look at anxiety as the culprit. But see your doctor *** soon as possible.
