HELP!!

by Kara_Marie, Sep 07, 2009 09:51PM
I just took .50 mg of  Atarax  and 1 mg of klonopin.  The atarax was prescibed for me for an allergic reaction, and the klonopin for anxiety.  I just read that this could cause over sedation or death.  Does anyone have any information on this?  I am really scared right now...

I am no doctor... but where did you read that?

Also, did your Dr. tell you you could take the .50mg of Atarax and 1mg of Klonopin together? If so, you should have no problems.

Also, if it makes you feel better, you can always call a 24 hour wallgreens pharmacy, and ask them if its okay to do. I have done it before. lol.

If you are that worried, your local hospital should have a 24 hr nurses hotline where you can talk to a nurse about it... and she will prob. put you at ease.

Take care.
