Depersonalization is a common symptoms of anxiety.
''i start thinking that im going crazy and that im never gonna be myself again...''
You must know that anxiety is a very curable condition with very high success rate only after a therapy.
So first line treatment should be a therapy with a qualified psychologist.
Other treatments includes lifestyle change like physical activity and healthy diet. Food supplements and vitamins and hormones to be sure your body don't lack anything that might make you prone to panic attack.
Finally there are also treatments with short-term benzodiazepines like Xanax, Ativan, Bromazepam or long-term treatment with anti-depressants such as those in the class of the SSRI and SNRI.
If you need any information on natural anti-anxiety medication or supplements or nutritional information tell me or send me a private message i will be pleased to let you know about all the possible options.
