HIV - ANXIETY PAIN

by dumbndumber123, Apr 16, 2009 10:09PM
HI all.

I had a low risk exposure to HIV about 6 months ago, I have tested negative out to 6 months over 5 times, so i know im negative.

problem is i still have the fear I may have it and my perceived joint pain still lingers, can Anxirty actually cause mimicing issues?

any feedback would be great

If you treat your anxiety, the fear of HIV will go away.

i was at ur situation for the past 11 mnths..Anxious about contracting HIV after one possible exposure...
tested up to 37 wks (9 mnths)...5 times (4 times out of 12/13 wk as suggested)...all negatives...
still struggling to deal with those weird symptoms...
other blood tests came back normal, STD tests were also normal...
i'm lost for sure....
