Has anyone got any experience of taking Lyrica/Pregabalin?
Hi from Greece. I am a male 56 years old.I suffer from depression and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), with anxiety and panic attacks for two years. I suppose depression arised from the fact that both my daughters were forced to immigrate because of the economic crisis of my homeland.
Anyway, i tried Cipralex, Cymbalta, Seroxat, Effexor even and the combo Effexor with Remeron (California rocket fuel) but without great results. In fact, some of these meds, made me worse. Only Xanax relieves me. Yesterday my doctor said to me that my first problem is GAD and not depression, so she prescribed Lyrica, 75mg in the morning and 75mg at night. I hope that this will finally works and i will be able to live again.
So, has anyone got any experience of taking Lyrica/Pregabalin, on it's own just for GAD? Does it work? Any feedback would be really helpful.
